When the goods are sold during the excellent periods of the credit, and in general it is meant, that becoming ripe accounts subject to kind projects, there should be no requirement of the notice of the debtor in advance. Some buildings, however, do the general custom of a parcel of notices ten days in advance, declaring, that the project will be delayed, if the check is not received in the meantime.
